What you will do

  • Lead AI Agent deployments from kickoff through optimization, including business and technical discovery.
  • Orchestrate a cross-functional delivery team including Experience Designers, AI Agent Engineers, and Telephony Engineers.
  • Drive customer outcomes and manage multi-phase AI transformation programs with ongoing value tracking.
  • Establish scalable processes, playbooks, and governance for AI deployments.
  • Guide customers through operational readiness, change management, and scaling AI in contact centers.
  • Present AI strategy to frontline leaders, IT executives, and C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Location: Redwood City, CA (Hybrid)
  • English: B2 or higher proficiency
  • 5+ years in enterprise customer delivery, program management, or consulting in SaaS, AI, CX, or contact center domains.
  • Proven success leading complex enterprise implementations with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of contact center KPIs and AI Agent project impacts.
  • Excellent communication, training, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Conversational AI, VoiceAI, RAG systems, or NLU/NLP platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms like Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, Five9, Talkdesk, or Zoom Contact Center.
