What you will do
- Serve as a member of the account team managing Small and Medium size Businesses (SMBs) through pooled support and 1:many content.
- Develop deep product and internal process knowledge to identify roadblocks and propose efficiency solutions.
- Standardize and maintain Client Success team playbooks, templates, and documentation.
- Utilize Salesforce Cases for triage, communication, and resolution workflows.
- Own day-to-day cross-functional coordination of client activities, including reporting and marketing requests.
- Actively listen to clients, diagnose service needs, and facilitate timely problem-resolution.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in client success, account management, digital marketing, project management, and/or operations.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to craft thoughtful and persuasive client-facing content.
- Experience creating scalable and repeatable processes.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Must have active work authorization in the US.
- Exclusively open to candidates in New York Metropolitan area, San Francisco/Bay Area, Seattle, Boston, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.
