TL;DR

Digital Client Success Associate (Medtech): Supporting Maven's direct segment by designing programs, managing SMB accounts, and enhancing client experience with an accent on product knowledge, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. Location: Hybrid (New York City, San Francisco/Bay Area, Seattle, Boston, Chicago, Washington D.C.). Requires active work authorization in the US.

Salary: $72,000–$90,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Serve as a member of the account team managing Small and Medium size Businesses (SMBs) through pooled support and 1:many content.
  • Develop deep product and internal process knowledge to identify roadblocks and propose efficiency solutions.
  • Standardize and maintain Client Success team playbooks, templates, and documentation.
  • Utilize Salesforce Cases for triage, communication, and resolution workflows.
  • Own day-to-day cross-functional coordination of client activities, including reporting and marketing requests.
  • Actively listen to clients, diagnose service needs, and facilitate timely problem-resolution.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in client success, account management, digital marketing, project management, and/or operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to craft thoughtful and persuasive client-facing content.
  • Experience creating scalable and repeatable processes.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Must have active work authorization in the US.
  • Exclusively open to candidates in New York Metropolitan area, San Francisco/Bay Area, Seattle, Boston, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.

Nice to have

  • Project management or operations experience.
  • Background in a healthcare-related field.
  • Background in communications or marketing.
