TL;DR

Manager, Mid-Market Customer Onboarding (LegalTech): Leading and coaching a team of Customer Onboarding Specialists to deliver exceptional training on hirify.global’s products with an accent on professional development, performance excellence, and talent development. Focus on curriculum ownership, execution training, and strategic collaboration within a matrixed organization.

Location: Remote in the United States. The role manages Customer Onboarding Specialists deployed across US sales regions (West, Midwest, Gulf Coast, Northeast, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic).

Salary: $130,000–$150,000

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of 7-9 Customer Onboarding Specialists, focusing on skills development and performance.
  • Drive the team to achieve high customer feedback ratings through effective presentations and technical acumen.
  • Own and develop the structure of technical training content and certification programs for customer-facing enablement.
  • Train and certify the Customer Onboarding team members on the developed training curriculum.
  • Act as a deputy to the Platform Enablement Specialist, supporting the overarching enablement strategy for new products.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the Technical Program Management team in a matrixed organizational structure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of people management experience, with a focus on coaching and skills development.
  • Proven ability to deliver technical training and manage teams of traveling trainers/implementers.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, structure, and own technical training curriculum and content.
  • Strong experience operating within a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Legal and law firm operations domain expertise, especially in personal injury (PI).
  • Familiarity with AI in legal tech.
  • Experience with CMS providers like Salesforce, Litify, Smart Advocate, or Case Pier training models.
