What you will do
- Guide API partners from initial contact through development, certification, and go-live.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot API issues via Zendesk and Zoom.
- Gather and document technical requirements from partners.
- Create and maintain training materials and knowledge base content.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to suggest API enhancements.
- Ensure partner adherence to customer experience standards and qualification criteria.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in APAC region for remote work
- Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON, and technical documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Jira and Zendesk ticketing systems.
- Ability to collaborate across support, product, and engineering teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality and tourism industry.
- Business fluency in additional languages.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
- Backend development and PHP experience.
