What you will do

• Own the full onboarding process from contract to go-live for merchants
• Design and execute integration plans and change management strategies with clear milestones
• Manage expectations and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and resolve risks or blockers early to keep projects on track
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance customer experience and product strategy
• Develop and maintain documentation and onboarding assets to enable self-service
• Travel to customer sites as needed for workshops and go-live facilitation

Requirements

• Location: Dublin, Ireland (hybrid)
• 5+ years experience in project or onboarding management in B2B or fintech
• Experience with API integrations, technical documentation, and working with engineering/product teams
• Familiarity with payment processing, financial services integrations, or e-commerce infrastructure
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Linear, Notion
• Fluency in English required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent

Nice to have

• Additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, Arabic
• PMP or other project management certifications
