What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and break down client needs into manageable pieces.
• Create detailed user stories and manage functional specifications for development.
• Prepare and conduct product demos and discovery workshops for clients.
• Design solutions using white-boarding and consultative techniques.
• Develop deep expertise in AWS, Amazon Connect, and telephony systems.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• 3-10 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project coordination.
• Experience with contact center platforms such as Twilio, Genesys, or Avaya.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with consultative abilities.
• Interest in learning AWS and Amazon Connect technical solution design.
