What you will do

• Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans aligned with customer requirements and Statements of Work.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment of internal and external teams.
• Track action items, enforce accountability, and mitigate risks proactively.
• Serve as the primary client contact and communicate regularly with all stakeholders.
• Lead post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record.
• Experience working with technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of key technical concepts in Conversational AI.
