TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (IT): Driving initial pipeline generation for hirify.global IT by targeting IT and Operations leaders in France and beyond, qualifying opportunities, and mapping target accounts with an accent on experimenting with messaging and defining outbound strategies. Focus on providing structured feedback to product and marketing teams to shape the new product's go-to-market and collaborating with Account Executives to improve conversion rates.

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €27,000–€40,000 OTE

hirify.global is building leading business management software for HR, finance, and operations, launching a new IT Management product unit as a startup within the company.

What you will do

  • Drive initial pipeline generation for hirify.global IT across Europe (France focus).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, identifying real business pain points.
  • Research and map target accounts, identifying key IT decision-makers.
  • Experiment with messaging and outreach strategies to define GTM playbooks.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to improve conversion rates.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing on market narratives.

Requirements

  • Expert French speaker with strong professional English.
  • Previous experience or strong motivation in B2B SaaS sales roles (SDR/BDR).
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to articulate value clearly.
  • Organized, structured, and capable of managing multiple outreach activities.
  • Willingness to work toward ambitious targets within an early-stage setup.
