What you will do

  • Own the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing for inbound and outbound opportunities globally.
  • Conduct customized product demos and implementations leveraging technical expertise.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients across various industries.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to share insights and influence go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage pipeline and exceed monthly revenue quotas consistently.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid from Barcelona or Madrid, Spain
  • 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in startups.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation and AI-powered solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Excellent communication, objection handling, and technical demo skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with conversational automation, chatbots, or customer experience platforms.
  • Background in digital or conversational marketing.
  • Familiarity with APIs and technical integrations.
