What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification to closing for inbound and outbound opportunities in global markets.
- Conduct engaging, value-driven, and customized product demos for English and Spanish-speaking prospects.
- Build strong relationships with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients, understanding their pain points and technical needs.
- Support prospects in building and implementing projects by leveraging product and technical expertise.
- Exceed monthly revenue quotas and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to share insights and influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a fast-paced startup, with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling to Mid-Market clients and navigating multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, AI-powered solutions, and translating business challenges into implementable flows.
- Ability to run interactive product demos, guide prospects, and adapt solutions on the fly.
- Excellent communication, objection handling skills, and ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Fluent in English & Spanish.
Nice to have
- Experience with conversational automation, chatbots, or CX platforms.
- Background in digital or conversational marketing.
- Familiarity with APIs or technical integrations.
