Location: Hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely from Spain (Barcelona or Madrid) or from the Barcelona office.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification to closing for inbound and outbound opportunities in global markets.
  • Conduct engaging, value-driven, and customized product demos for English and Spanish-speaking prospects.
  • Build strong relationships with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients, understanding their pain points and technical needs.
  • Support prospects in building and implementing projects by leveraging product and technical expertise.
  • Exceed monthly revenue quotas and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to share insights and influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a fast-paced startup, with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling to Mid-Market clients and navigating multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, AI-powered solutions, and translating business challenges into implementable flows.
  • Ability to run interactive product demos, guide prospects, and adapt solutions on the fly.
  • Excellent communication, objection handling skills, and ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish.

Nice to have

  • Experience with conversational automation, chatbots, or CX platforms.
  • Background in digital or conversational marketing.
  • Familiarity with APIs or technical integrations.
