What you will do

  • Represent hirify.global’s products and understand client needs.
  • Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team.
  • Prioritize prospects based on market relevance.
  • Maintain and progress a pipeline of engaged prospects.
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy and seek new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or near Madrid, Spain
  • 2+ years experience in sales development or outbound lead generation.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, especially in finance or fintech.
  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
  • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
