What you will do

• Build new features and products that meet client needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve quality and delivery.
• Mentor and support career growth of engineering team members.
• Manage production operations and monitor products according to SLAs.
• Promote good engineering practices and participate in code reviews and pair programming.
• Present work regularly within the department and company.

Requirements

• Must be based in UK or Europe for remote work.
• Strong experience with Go and cloud platforms.
• Proven background in building SaaS applications and robust APIs.
• Experience with decentralized systems, distributed technologies, and modern deployment pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Flux).
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams.
• Passion for continuous learning and applying AI to software development.
