What you will do

• Implement strategic outreach timing to maximize engagement.
• Provide timely, personalized follow-up to nurture leads.
• Collaborate with Account Executive team to transition qualified leads into sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and activities.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Madrid with hybrid work setup
• 1–3 years experience in business development or lead generation.
• Proven experience in the DACH market with knowledge of industry dynamics.
• Professional proficiency in German and English languages.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
