What you will do

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, mapping solutions to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding, accelerated product adoption, and account transitions after the first twelve months.
  • Document customer contact and activity data accurately within CRM/Marketing software.
  • Accountable for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and implementing agreed account and business plans.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective account plans and promote hirify.global's products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Extensive industry knowledge and understanding of a customer’s decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
  • Confidence and expertise in presentations, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement.
  • Deep functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions.
  • Work is primarily performed in the field away from home or company office location.
  • English: B2 required.
