What you will do
- Engage with new prospective customers and identify business opportunities across your region.
- Qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, event recruitment, and high-level prospecting.
- Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global’s AI cybersecurity platform to potential clients.
- Develop relationships with senior executives by demonstrating knowledge and professionalism.
- Achieve quarterly and annual KPIs, working closely with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Book direct one-to-one meetings at customer sites and trade shows.
Requirements
- Strong execution of sales plays and confidence in cold calling.
- Ability to pivot and handle objections effectively.
- Experience analyzing account data for strategic territory mapping.
- Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to build strong relationships with collaborating teams.
- Consistent achievement of sales quotas.
