What you will do
- Meet and exceed partner-sourced pipeline and booking targets.
- Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with national and regional channel partners.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and Partner Account Plans with sales and marketing alignment.
- Conduct sales training and enablement sessions for partner sales teams.
- Drive demand generation strategies with key partners to increase customer pipeline.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on channel program operations and partner engagement.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany for remote work.
- 15+ years of channel sales experience with strong partner relationships in information security.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Experience in early-stage or startup environments preferred.
