What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach and qualification to contract signature.
- Build and manage deep relationships with C-level decision-makers across law firms and corporate legal departments.
- Collaborate with Legal Engineering to design impactful demos, pilots, and AI workflows.
- Guide multi-stakeholder deals through legal, IT, and procurement processes.
- Deliver compelling presentations and business cases demonstrating hirify.global’s ROI.
- Contribute market insights to Product and Leadership to shape the roadmap and refine the enterprise sales playbook.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort engaging C-level decision-makers.
- Experience selling into law firms, legal departments, or professional-services environments.
- Excellent communication, credibility, and storytelling skills.
- Native-level German and fluent English.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and motivated by outcomes.
