Salary: $140,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Scale backend products and infrastructure for 100x growth.
• Optimize and productize manual processes.
• Develop and ship production-ready LLM applications.
• Build and maintain real-time distributed systems at scale.
• Engineer voice simulations and ensure high reliability for parallel calls.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in engineering.
• Visa: US citizen/visa only for US locations.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Deep intuition about current LLM capabilities and future advancements.
• Hands-on expertise with distributed systems.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Prior experience founding a company or building products at early stages.
• Experience building AI voice apps.
