What you will do

• Design and build AI Agents that perform autonomous content, UX, and analytics tasks.
• Develop, integrate, and scale AI Agents within hirify.global.
• Build agent pipelines, including tool usage, orchestration, memory, and retrieval.
• Design Agent Actions that can modify layouts, components, content models, and campaigns.
• Integrate agents into the Next.js/Nuxt-powered frontend layer.
• Drive architectural decisions for hirify.global’s AI layer.

Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• Professional experience with Next.js, Nuxt, Vue, or React.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.).
• Practical understanding of tool use, function calling, structured outputs, and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with RAG, vectorstores, and retrieval patterns.
• Strong knowledge of API design, middleware, and modern auth (JWT/OAuth).
• Product-minded, independent working style.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vercel, serverless runtimes, and edge functions.
• Knowledge of headless commerce (Shopify, Shopware, commercetools, BigCommerce).
• Interest in UX automation and content workflows.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AI SDKs, or custom agent frameworks.
