What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain platform for creating and managing AI agents and their interactions.
• Integrate multiple LLMs for seamless orchestration and scalability in individual and coordinated operations.
• Leverage orchestration frameworks like LangGraph to build complex workflows and multi-agent coordination pipelines.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for testing agents in challenging scenarios, focusing on performance and system dynamics.
• Incorporate latest AI research to enhance agent capabilities, collaboration, and search integration.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers for seamless user experience.
• Address AI privacy scenarios, ensuring data protection compliance in agent applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience with multiple LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and their strengths/limitations.
• Expertise in orchestration software like LangGraph for agent workflows.
• Strong background in AI evaluation frameworks for complex testing environments.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML fundamentals with backend engineering focus.
• Experience with AI privacy, data anonymization, secure handling, and compliance.
• Experience building or deploying Multi-Agent Frameworks or Systems.
• Experience with search technologies integrated into AI systems.
