What you will do
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer experience, prioritizing customer needs.
- Build expertise in hirify.global's technology and establish customer success best practices.
- Manage a portfolio of customers, fostering relationships and promoting adoption, retention, and risk minimization.
- Plan quarterly business reviews and conduct internal account assessments.
- Collaborate with customers to create tailored Success Plans and lead Business Reviews.
- Act as the customer’s advocate internally, driving successful implementation, adoption, growth, and renewals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer success, account management, consulting, or software sales experience
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously and close deals independently.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new leads and strategically close deals.
- Strong organizational skills with a data-driven approach to targeting prospects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various technical and non-technical levels, including C-level stakeholders.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
