What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring strong adoption and long-term retention.
- Develop customer success plans, track KPIs, and guide customers in implementing AI security best practices.
- Serve as a technical advisor on AI security architecture, including integrations with various platforms.
- Own the full renewal lifecycle, including forecasting, commercial proposals, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities across products, modules, and use cases.
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Sales Engineering within cybersecurity, cloud security, and AI/ML platforms.
- Strong technical background with experience in security architectures, API gateways, cloud platforms, data protection, or AI/LLM workflows.
- Demonstrated commercial experience handling renewals, negotiating contracts, and driving upsells.
- Ability to confidently communicate with both deeply technical teams and procurement/executive stakeholders.
- Strong project management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth AI environments.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI governance, prompt hardening, model evaluations, or red-teaming methods.
- Experience supporting SASE/SSE, CASB, or SaaS security products.
- Startup or early-stage scaling experience.
- Certifications: CCSK, CCSP, CISSP, or relevant AI governance credentials.
