TL;DR

SMB Account Executive (AI): Exceeding revenue quotas by generating new sales for contact center related products, leveraging AI software solutions and providing immediate customer responses. Focus on qualifying prospective customers, developing new opportunities through various channels, and effectively managing a regional sales territory.

Location: Hybrid (Sandy, UT, USA): 2 days in-office, 3 days remote per week.

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed monthly new revenue quotas through sales of hirify.global CX software, voice, and data products to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Qualify and follow up on inbound informational requests or route leads to appropriate sales representatives.
  • Develop new opportunities within assigned territory through networking, cold calling, and partner collaboration.
  • Create go-to-market strategies and manage a regional sales territory by building and maximizing a sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales.
  • Solid understanding of needs analysis sales processes.
  • Experience in working with contact management software.
  • 1-2 years selling AI Software Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
