• Own candidate screening and qualification for technical and business roles, mainly in the US.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Drive candidate pipeline management in US/NYC.
• Support later-stage interviews to accelerate decision-making.
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Act as a trusted advisor providing market insights on compensation and recruiting best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City for onsite work.
• 3+ years recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Strong interviewing and candidate qualification skills.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ownership mentality and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
