- Own candidate screening and qualification for technical and business roles, mainly in the US.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
- Drive candidate pipeline management in US/NYC.
- Support later-stage interviews to accelerate decision-making.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
- Act as a trusted advisor providing market insights on compensation and recruiting best practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City for onsite work.
- 3+ years recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong interviewing and candidate qualification skills.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ownership mentality and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
