What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of full-cycle account executives focused on large clients across Rest of Asia.
  • Manage and expand important customer accounts in high-growth technology, logistics, and fintech sectors.
  • Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to achieve strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
  • Partner with cross-functional internal teams to navigate complex sales cycles efficiently.
  • Run a disciplined forecast, consistently achieve goals, and present guidance to executive management.
  • Conduct highly analytical and consultative sales cycles with a focus on deep discovery and advocating for customer needs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with 4 years in building teams and managing monthly forecasting for major accounts.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Industry experience in selling CPaaS or SaaS and managing complex sales negotiations.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, innovative thinker, and creative problem solver.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and drive results in a high-growth environment.

Nice to have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in a local APAC language would be beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 35% for customer and team connection.
