Location: Hybrid in Madrid, requiring three days a week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead by example, writing high-quality, scalable code and reviewing team contributions.
• Shape the technical direction by defining best practices and making architectural decisions.
• Drive agile development processes, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering professional development within the team.
• Research and introduce new technologies to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer, with a focus on mentoring.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js for developing scalable, high-performance applications.
• Deep understanding of agile development and thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
• Embrace a servant leadership mindset, empowering your team to excel.
• English: C1+ required.
