Technical Team Lead (ESG)

Focus on developing a cutting-edge, serverless ecosystem and delivering meaningful solutions for international clients while ensuring compliance with critical sustainability standards.

Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain (three days a week in the office required)

What you will do

• Lead by example, writing high-quality, scalable code and reviewing team contributions.
• Shape the technical direction by defining best practices and making architectural decisions.
• Drive agile development by facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Foster team growth by mentoring engineers and creating professional development opportunities.
• Research and introduce new technologies to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Hybrid work model, three days a week in the office in Madrid is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1).
• Proven leadership experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js for developing scalable, high-performance applications.
• Deep understanding of agile development in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to break down complex business requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• German language skills (B1+).
