What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with CFOs and finance leaders.
  • Lead consultative discovery to identify client pain points and articulate value.
  • Navigate complex sales processes involving multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI tools to identify opportunities and improve win rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Represent the DACH market internally and externally at client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Munich or Berlin (hybrid work).
  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in finance, ERP, or accounting software.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new business in new or undefined markets.
  • Fluent in German and confident in English (B2+).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
