Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Munich offices or Remote within Germany

hirify.global is a fast-growing AI startup specializing in generative AI voice-first platforms for contact centers, leveraging NLP and machine learning to automate customer service and enhance customer interactions.

What you will do

  • Secure new business by working on tenders and negotiating complex deals with public sector leaders and C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Business Development, and other teams to improve processes.
  • Advise customers on ROI and benefits of hirify.global’s agentic AI solutions.
  • Deliver presentations and lead workshops both digitally and on-site.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting the public sector in Germany.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work remotely within Germany
  • 8+ years in Technology/SaaS sales with 2+ years in public sector sales.
  • Native or bilingual German and strong English skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation skills, and technical affinity for AI.
  • Understanding of public sector regulations and digital transformation.

Nice to have

  • Experience in CCaaS, AI, or Customer Experience industries.
