What you will do
- Advise potential B2B customers on hirify.global software based on qualified leads and outbound activities.
- Identify prospect needs and develop individual, customized solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from the first pitch to the conclusion of the contract.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers or Professional Service teams during the sales process.
- Achieve forecasted sales targets and ensure monthly and quarterly sales quotas are met.
- Present software solutions at specialist events and trade fairs.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS/Software Sales.
- Experience presenting and negotiating up to C-level.
- Fluent German and very good English skills, with excellent rhetorical communication and presentation abilities.
- Used to working in a fast-paced and international environment with a high degree of personal responsibility and self-motivation.
- Ability to work remotely within Germany or from a German office, with willingness to travel within the DACH region.
Nice to have
- Sound knowledge of the DACH market and an existing network of contacts in this region.
- Experience with Salesforce.
