What you will do
- Shape strategy in the performing arts vertical collaborating with leadership.
- Hunt and convert target accounts including theaters, arts centers, and cultural institutions.
- Understand box office operations, subscriber bases, donor management, and ticketing workflows.
- Lead discovery and product conversations demonstrating ROI and operational ease.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across executive directors, leadership, IT, and box office teams.
- Build and promote long-term partnerships with arts organizations.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New York City for on-site work
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Arts Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years of customer-facing or sales experience, ideally in SaaS or high-growth environments.
- Experience selling technology or enterprise solutions to performing arts organizations or working within them.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills connecting technology to purpose.
- Consultative sales approach with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
