What you will do

  • Develop and schedule quarterly threat simulation exercises for Group Business Units.
  • Review threat intelligence, data, and trends to create CSIRT exercises and support mitigation development.
  • Develop and create metrics to demonstrate progress of threat simulation exercises.
  • Lead regular reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure current and possible threats are exercised to best practice.
  • Conduct threat intelligence research using various open-source, paid, community, and national feeds.
  • Coordinate with other security and operational teams to progress threat assessments and actions.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Strategic, Operational, and Tactical threat intelligence.
  • Current understanding of cyber security incidents and how to practice them in exercises.
  • Experience in the creation and implementation of plans for developing an exercise program.
  • English: B2 required

Nice to have

  • Threat intelligence and/or Information Technology industry certification (CREST, SANS or equivalent).
  • Prior experience of delivering tabletop exercises or crisis simulations.
