What you will do

• Develop and schedule quarterly threat simulation exercises across all business units.
• Review threat intelligence and create CSIRT exercises supporting mitigation development.
• Develop metrics to demonstrate progress of threat simulation exercises.
• Lead regular reviews with stakeholders to ensure exercises reflect current and emerging threats.
• Conduct threat intelligence research using multiple sources to monitor risks.
• Coordinate with security and operational teams to progress threat assessments and actions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London or able to work onsite.
• Strong understanding of strategic, operational, and tactical threat intelligence.
• Experience creating and implementing exercise programs and crisis simulations.
• Relevant certifications (CREST, SANS or equivalent) are a plus.
• Experience delivering tabletop exercises is highly desirable.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
