TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving new business growth and expanding market presence within designated accounts or territory by leveraging consultative selling and strong relationship management. Focus on creating and closing new opportunities, engaging with C-Suite executives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location: Hybrid in Tokyo, Japan (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

  • Drive and close new business for designated accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas.
  • Uncover and create new opportunities for named accounts.
  • Lead the sales lifecycle from beginning to end.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, particularly at the C-Suite level.
  • Own the customer experience, focusing on satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven sales hunter and closer.
  • 6 years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience selling at the C-level in the Financial Services space.
  • Experience within an AML-related domain, preferably from a financial crime technology vendor or professional services firm.
