Focus on cultivating strategic partnerships with AWS/GCP, deeply exploring complex customer requirements, and architecting tailored cloud solutions.

What you will do

  • Exceed sales quotas and pipeline goals, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and accelerate new business growth.
  • Manage the entire customer business cycle from initial engagement to contract close.
  • Collaborate with AWS/GCP Executives and Partner Managers to maximize joint business results.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding complex customer business and technical requirements.
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to architect tailored solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Business Development teams on demand generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in the technology industry (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
  • Proven experience selling cloud products/services.
  • Technically minded with an in-depth understanding of the technology and cloud computing market, especially AWS.
  • Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and able to operate flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Network and relationships with SMB/Tech/startup companies in Japan.
  • Proven experience selling AWS cloud products/services.
  • Cloud Certifications.
  • Additional languages.
