What you will do
- Secure and grow new logos within strategic financial services accounts.
- Expand hirify.global use cases in existing and new accounts to maximize customer impact.
- Establish and maintain essential C-Level relationships across engineering, platform, architecture, and data science roles.
- Drive successful negotiations by building value in all engagements.
- Plan, document, and lead growth of hirify.global usage for customers.
- Develop deep understanding of customer business and lead cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Japan.
- 7+ years selling complex software deals to large enterprise customers.
- Experience selling to financial services industry enterprise customers in Japan.
- Knowledge of segment priorities, buying processes, and ecosystem.
- Background in usage-based SaaS or Data/AI/ML technologies sales.
- 5+ years experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and value selling.
