What you will do

  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for fund managers ensuring seamless, high-quality customer experience.
  • Lead the post-sales lifecycle including onboarding, growth, and upsell collaborating with multiple departments.
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships and translate customer needs into actionable insights.
  • Own and optimize key customer metrics such as NPS, retention, and escalation management.
  • Collaborate with Head of Customer Success to refine and scale customer success strategy.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work setup in Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • 3+ years professional experience including 1–3 years in enterprise Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Ability to manage complex, high-value customer relationships and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Proficiency in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
