What you will do
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for fund managers ensuring seamless, high-quality customer experience.
- Lead the post-sales lifecycle including onboarding, growth, and upsell collaborating with multiple departments.
- Build deep, trust-based relationships and translate customer needs into actionable insights.
- Own and optimize key customer metrics such as NPS, retention, and escalation management.
- Collaborate with Head of Customer Success to refine and scale customer success strategy.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work setup in Amsterdam, Netherlands
- 3+ years professional experience including 1–3 years in enterprise Account Management or Customer Success.
- Ability to manage complex, high-value customer relationships and engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proficiency in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
