What you will do
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature for new business acquisition.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Conduct value-driven analyses to demonstrate platform benefits and close deals.
- Own post-sales account management including contract renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Serve as main point of contact and strategic partner for customer success and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer growth and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- Legal right to work in the country of employment; no relocation support.
- 3+ years experience in full sales cycle or account management roles within Food Tech or SaaS.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-Level and Director-level executives.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
