What you will do

  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature for new business acquisition.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Conduct value-driven analyses to demonstrate platform benefits and close deals.
  • Own post-sales account management including contract renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Serve as main point of contact and strategic partner for customer success and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer growth and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
  • Legal right to work in the country of employment; no relocation support.
  • 3+ years experience in full sales cycle or account management roles within Food Tech or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-Level and Director-level executives.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or Food Tech sectors.
  • Background in strategic account management and customer retention.
