Focus on coaching, forecasting, and leveraging modern sales technology to build a predictable and scalable sales motion.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of EMEA mid-market Account Executives to exceed ARR targets.
  • Ensure full-cycle deal execution using the SPICED methodology for inbound and outbound sales.
  • Drive outbound discipline including ICP targeting, sequencing, and campaign measurement.
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and deal strategy sessions.
  • Leverage modern sales technology to improve pipeline coverage and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to improve lead quality and expansion signals.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • 3+ years managing high-performing sales teams, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas as manager and individual contributor.
  • Experience selling to enterprise-level accounts and managing full-cycle account executive KPIs.
  • Strong skills in pipeline development, forecasting, and team coaching.
  • English: Required, at least B2 level

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to MarTech leadership.
