What you will do

• Develop, implement, and monitor overall HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Organize and maintain all stored data about employees and HR-related information.
• Take ownership of HR and employee data, including analysis, to identify trends and insights.
• Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
• Consult and collaborate with employees from all departments as well as the HR team.
• Initiate ways to improve HR processes and systems with automation and AI.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the HR operations field.
• Knowledge of working with HR Information Systems and payroll systems.
• Thorough knowledge of labor law.
• Analytical skills and ability to process large amounts of information.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills.
