What you will do
- Own and standardize end-to-end HR processes across several countries ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Prepare, validate, and audit multi-country payroll data including working hours, deductions, bonuses, and statutory requirements.
- Build HR process infrastructure including workflows, documentation, and tools from scratch.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate performance review cycles and analyze outcomes for improvements.
- Support talent acquisition operations with job description drafting, pipeline tracking, and sourcing support.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in HR Operations or HR analytics, preferably in tech or startup environments.
- Strong data and analytical skills with advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency.
- Experience managing multi-country payroll preparation and payroll data.
- Comfortable building HR processes and choosing tools without existing HRIS.
- Strong process orientation, documentation skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workflows across multiple jurisdictions and departments.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
