What you will do

  • Own and lead global compensation philosophy, job architecture, leveling, and salary bands.
  • Manage equity programs in partnership with Finance.
  • Design and optimize global benefits and well-being plans across multiple regions.
  • Oversee HRIS system management, including configuration, governance, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accurate HR data and build analytics and AI solutions for workforce planning and compensation decisions.
  • Lead a global Total Rewards/HR Operations team and collaborate with cross-functional partners and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years experience in global Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards and HR Operations.
  • Proven experience in global tech/SaaS environments and managing HRIS systems (Bob experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and mastery of compensation data and modeling.
  • Experience leading global programs across multiple regions and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with executives.
  • Strategic thinker with operational capability thriving in scaling environments.
