What you will do

• Recruit, manage, and energize ambassadors across key industries to generate warm introductions and qualified leads.
• Identify, plan, and execute high-impact strategic events like conferences and trade shows.
• Host product knowledge sessions and workshops for clients and ambassadors to align with hirify.global’s roadmap.
• Manage brand loyalty programs, including ambassador perks, merchandise, and digital campaigns.
• Attend events to represent hirify.global, build connections, and recruit ambassadors for pipeline opportunities.
• Organize ambassador and event data in CRM, sharing insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in ambassador programs, community, or field marketing roles with measurable results.
• Proven network and strong existing relationships in sports, live events, universities, or entertainment.
• Understanding of the connection between relationship-building, events, and revenue generation.
• Experience planning and executing high-impact events, workshops, or activations from end-to-end.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to confidently represent hirify.global and host sessions.
• CRM-savvy, organized, and capable of managing multiple programs, perks, and campaigns.
