Developer Evangelist (Community)

Location: Remote. The listed salary range is specific to Los Angeles, California and varies based on location and experience.

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build and maintain hirify.global’s presence in game developer communities.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, meetups, hackathons, and industry events.
• Create technical and inspirational content, including articles, tutorials, videos, webcasts, social posts, and developer updates.
• Collaborate with Developer Marketing to increase content reach and engagement.
• Connect developers with Product and Technical teams and organize community feedback to improve products and documentation.
• Identify lighthouse integration opportunities and track community, content, and developer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Developer Advocacy, Community Management, or a related field, ideally in the game industry.
• Technical background and software development experience.
• Understanding of game development processes and tools across mobile, PC, and/or web.
• Experience producing engaging technical content in multiple formats.
• Strong participation in online developer communities and confidence in public speaking.
• Ability to travel for conferences, meetups, and other community events.
