TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Responding to and qualifying marketing-generated leads, engaging current users for expansion, and scheduling appointments for Business Development Managers with an accent on lead qualification, account intelligence development, and effective communication. Focus on achieving meeting quotas, understanding sector-specific selling points, and utilising sales technology like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Location: North West – Hybrid role 3 days in office per week

Salary: Β£25,000–£30,000 base, OTE 30–35k (uncapped)

What you will do

  • Deliver a world-class sales experience.
  • Respond, engage, and qualify marketing-generated leads.
  • Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence.
  • Partner with Business Development Managers and Strategic Sellers to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for colleagues.
  • Achieve a minimum of 12 meetings booked PCM and 8 attended meetings, creating opportunities to add Β£43k Per Calendar Month.

Requirements

  • Ability to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements, and correlating potential business to hirify.global's value.
  • Strong and professional communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals.
  • Being motivated, goal-driven, and resilient.
