What you will do

  • Support lead generation by conducting research and curating prospect lists.
  • Execute cold outreach (30 calls and 50 emails daily) to book 10 meetings per month.
  • Manage calendars, external resources, and efficiency tools for meeting coordination.
  • Prepare materials like debriefs and write-ups for meetings and sales pitches.
  • Execute sales outreach campaigns and manage follow-up activities.
  • Ensure data accuracy by entering and updating Salesforce records.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience conducting cold calls and sending cold emails.
  • Consistently strive for and exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable communicating to a wide range of audiences with clear, concise, and compelling language.
  • Process-oriented and enjoy creating and maintaining systems.
  • Excellent time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and streamline processes.
  • Desire and ability to rapidly learn about new industries and target customer pain points.

Nice to have

  • Experience within a global technology company.
  • Experience with Excel, Salesforce, and Outreach.
