What you will do
- Manage daily outbound interactions (phone, email, other media) with prospective hirify.global customers.
- Qualify and educate prospects, connecting them with sales teams to meet regional revenue targets.
- Develop and manage your lead pipeline, assessing and prioritizing clients.
- Engage with marketing, sales, and operations teams to design and execute campaigns.
- Become an advocate for the hirify.global brand and an expert in customer service and CRM.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline status and conduct forecasting.
Requirements
- Ideally first experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar role.
- Experience with the UK Market.
- Fast-learner, passionate about sales, customer service, and CRM tools.
- Native level written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally-dispersed work environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor or Master degree.
- Cloud software sales experience.
