What you will do

  • Proactively identify and research new potential affiliates and partners through various outreach channels.
  • Manage outbound campaigns and convert leads into active sign-ups.
  • Onboard and nurture affiliates to promote hirify.global effectively.
  • Track affiliate engagement and optimize campaigns for retention and revenue growth.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and meet KPIs for outreach and activations.
  • Collaborate with partnerships and marketing teams to share insights and feedback.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the UK or EU
  • 1–3 years proven SDR/BDR experience, ideally in SaaS or affiliate economy.
  • Strong prospecting and relationship nurturing skills across multiple channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and metrics-driven with CRM and outreach platform experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with affiliate programs, creator partnerships, or influencer marketing.
