What you will do
- Proactively identify and research new potential affiliates and partners through various outreach channels.
- Manage outbound campaigns and convert leads into active sign-ups.
- Onboard and nurture affiliates to promote hirify.global effectively.
- Track affiliate engagement and optimize campaigns for retention and revenue growth.
- Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and meet KPIs for outreach and activations.
- Collaborate with partnerships and marketing teams to share insights and feedback.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the UK or EU
- 1–3 years proven SDR/BDR experience, ideally in SaaS or affiliate economy.
- Strong prospecting and relationship nurturing skills across multiple channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and metrics-driven with CRM and outreach platform experience.
