What you will do

• Work with founders on customer conversations, sales, and deal closing.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and product execution.
• Support product discovery and collaborate with engineering on regulatory needs.
• Assist fundraising efforts including outreach and materials preparation.
• Conduct market research and define expansion strategy.
• Lead hiring operations and manage internal workflows across legal, compliance, and vendor management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in London
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical thinker with fast learning ability.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-expectation environments such as consulting, finance, or startups.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive problem solving.
• Proficiency with slides and Excel preferred.
