What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from profiling to offer stage, focusing on specialists and A-players.
  • Serve as a strategic partner for Hiring Managers, advising on profiling and pre-selection.
  • Develop compelling job ads and direct sourcing strategies for employer branding.
  • Optimize candidate communication and build talent pools for future needs.
  • Analyze funnel data and develop AI-supported strategies to improve KPIs such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Fill at least 3 key positions with high performers within your first 6 months.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in e-commerce or a scale-up.
  • Experience hiring for a broad range of roles (creative, operational, strategic).
  • Strategic foresight and organizational skills to manage complex requirements.
  • Excellent command of English and strong proficiency in either German or Dutch.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools (e.g., Recruitee or LinkedIn Recruiter).

Nice to have

  • Experience with market analysis tools, AI-driven sourcing, or personality diagnostics.
