What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle including lead prioritization, technical POCs, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Help customers adopt hirify.global and expand usage through strong relationship management.
- Design and implement sales processes, automation, and documentation.
- Experiment with pricing, packaging, and sales strategies for inbound and product-led motions.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate customer requirements into actionable feedback.
- Maintain rigorous tracking of leads, engagements, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Must work in-person approximately 4 days per week in Berlin or San Francisco.
- Hands-on experience in technical sales or customer success at a SaaS or devtool startup.
- Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with LLM or observability tools is a plus.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with technical stakeholders.
- Enjoy working closely with engineering teams.
