Location: In-person in San Francisco or Berlin (approx. 4 days/week)

hirify.global is an open-source LLM Engineering Platform helping teams build useful AI applications via tracing, evaluation, and prompt management, backed by Y-Combinator, Lightspeed, and General Catalyst.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor and lead technical onboarding for AI companies using hirify.global.
• Advise on architecture, implementation (tracing, Evals), and AI Engineering Life Cycle best practices.
• Provide hands-on guidance for LLM observability and evaluation, and help debug customer issues.
• Track product adoption and proactively help customers increase value from hirify.global.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback and maintain feedback loops.
• Build and maintain workflows for tracking adoption, success metrics, and customer health.

Requirements

• Experience in solutions engineering, solutions architect, or forward deployed engineer at a SaaS/devtool company.
• Strong technical aptitude to debug APIs, code, logs, and understand developer workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving startup.
• Willingness to work in-person ~4 days/week in San Francisco or Berlin.

• Familiarity with LLM/AI tools.
